Materials from My Panel at the CPAC

September 19, 2016 by Ryan Windeknecht

Quick post…

I finally put together the materials from my panel at the CPAC. Some of the participants mentioned wanting them; one wanted to use them with her philosophy club. Some of the people at The Dungeon World Tavern and on Facebook wanted to see them too. So, if you’re interested, clicking on the Dragon Con 2016 link will take you to Dropbox, where you'll find the handouts and the slideshow.

The handouts include the stripped-down character sheets we used during the panel. “A Villager” was inspired by Jason Lutes’s Funnel World. “The Paladin” and “The Thief” by Sage LaTorra and Adam Koebel’s Dungeon World.

Unfortunately, Dropbox didn’t like the PowerPoint file, so I saved the slideshow in two different PDF files. The first is the slides. The second is the notes. If you’d like the PowerPoint file, or you’ve got any other questions or suggestions, just let me know in the comments below.

Hopefully, I’ll have the videos up soon. They were shot on a cell phone, so the quality isn’t great, but we’ll see what I can do with them…

PS. The handouts and the slideshow were made with Word and PowerPoint. Here’s some stuff I found on the internet to help me make them a little bit nicer.
